        Polyethylene Foam is made from polymer material.
It is a closed cell structure, that means making the cell structure  stronger – preventing the trapped gas  bubbles
from bursting.   It has superior strength to other non crosslinked and rubber insulation. The fine cell structure many separate gas bubbles or blocks to the flow of heat through the material. The thermal conductivity is therefore very low.
      So exhibits negligible water absorption and vapor transmission rates. For insulation application It is supplied in flame retardant grade and easy to install with the service temperature range from –  80 up to 100 degree Celsius.

Application
Polyethylene Foam is used for duct insulation, roof insulation, underslab insulation, cushion, air conditioning and home appliance insulation and automotive insulation
